Meet Our Directors and Board Members

John Letcher

John Letcher serves as a Director at The Fourth Dimension, bringing both lived experience and leadership to his role. Sober since April 21, 2023, he began his journey in the program as a client before advancing to House Manager and now Director. John is passionate about guiding men through early recovery and helping them build strong, sober lives rooted in accountability and growth.

Shawn Summersill

Shawn Summersill is a Director at The Fourth Dimension, offering strong leadership grounded in lived recovery experience. Sober since August 14, 2021, he credits the program, 12 step principles, and his faith for his continued growth. Shawn is dedicated to helping others establish a solid foundation in recovery and long-term sobriety.

Nick Dawes

Nick Dawes serves on the Board of Directors with over 10 years of sobriety and extensive experience in recovery support. With more than six years at The Fourth Dimension, he brings both personal and professional insight to his role. Nick is committed to fostering structured, 12 step recovery-focused environments that help individuals build meaningful, purpose-driven lives.

Bryan Macaulay

Bryan Macaulay is a member of the recovery leadership team with over a decade of sobriety, beginning January 8, 2015. Having been part of The Fourth Dimension for over 11 years, he credits the program with transforming his life. Bryan remains dedicated to giving back and supporting others within the recovery community.

Jason Prior

Jason Prior serves on the Board of Directors and brings seven years of sobriety to his role. He has been an active board member at The Fourth Dimension for the past four years. Jason is passionate about helping others move beyond survival and into a life of purpose, using his experience to guide and support men in their recovery journey.

Ken Whinnery

Ken Whinnery serves on the Board of Directors for The Fourth Dimension, a program that played a pivotal role in his own recovery. After entering the program in February 2023, he later became a manager, gaining firsthand experience with its structure and impact. Ken is committed to helping others find stability, growth, and long-term recovery through the same program that helped him rebuild his life.
