Our Four-Phase Program Journey

At Fourth Dimension, we’ve designed a structured, step-by-step program to support your journey to recovery. This program is divided into four phases, each with its own set of goals and milestones to achieve as you progress towards a sober and fulfilling life.

Maintaining Sobriety Post-Program

Upon completing the program, residents are encouraged to continue attending at least four meetings weekly, lead by example, maintain a 1 a.m. curfew, and stay engaged with the community through unity meetings and one-on-one meetings with sponsor. It’s vital to pass on what was freely given to us by sponsoring men and helping others in order to maintain our sobriety and live a fulfilling life.

This journey through our Four-Phase Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and habits needed for a lasting recovery. Each phase builds on the last, helping you grow stronger and more resilient, ready to lead a sober life with confidence.
